Why colombians put eggs on their plants? First, these plants never bloom, and that is not acceptable. Second, it helps to keep the water from evaporating too fast and drying the plant, very important in the country with air humidity more that 90%.

Quiz at the end of the text! This is how our bike bag looks like after 1,5 years on the road. ORTLIEB Outdoor Equipment sent us complimentary patches, but EU law does not allow sending the glue oversees and we couldn’t find any glue for this in Cali, so we’re back to using tire tube’s patches. And it’s not only this bag, all our stuff is showing lots of wear and tear by now. Our tent floor has 34 patches by now, and Sven is working on fixing the new holes, so by the end of the day there will be around 50 patches. Sooo, here’s the question for the quiz: how many patches (and fixed holes) there will be after we’re done fixing it?
