Video World in Southern Hemisphere
Many of you keep asking us how the world looks like down there and how do we feel about biking upside down. We made a video for you, so now you can see for yourself!
It Starts Getting Better
Good news first: Tulku has no more bandages and can walk on her own! This is us on our way to the vet to remove them. Sven carrying Tulku in her personal transportable hammock 🙂
Tulku in Dog School
We are still trying to train our dog (after 7 years of trial and plenty of failure). It’s an older video from Peru, we made it during our break in Sechura desert.
Quiz: Rain
It’s rainy season here in Colombia and this is the way we walk the dog during the tropical rain. Quiz question: how many plastic bags do we need to build one space costume for Tulku?
Bad News Again
Sooo… our hopes for Tulku to recover fast went miss. Examination showed that while recovering the tightened capsules holding the patella opened up in both knees. The vet opened both knees and fixed them in another surgery today – this time with a stitching material for labradors. Besides she corrected a bone with a pin to stabilize the structure.
We will stay in Cali for at least one further month.
