Let’s talk about customer service: we had very bad luck with our cooking stoves – we changed 4 different stoves as all of the broke down. Our luck got back to us when Primus Equipment sent the spare parts from Sweden to Ecuador just because they care! Best customer service ever! In addition to this – Primus stove lasted the longest before malfunctioning, and by now we tried pretty much all there is on the market. In case you need a stove – do yourself a favor and buy a Primus stove!
